The Research Center Chemical Sciences and Sustainability is at the forefront of innovative research into chemical reactions, processes, and products on a molecular level. Its aim is to drive the design of more efficient and sustainable chemical technologies.

Our new image film showcases the cutting-edge experiments and interdisciplinary collaboration of two of the center’s distinguished scientists: Professor Martina Havenith-Newen and Professor Edvardas Narevicius, who came to the Ruhr region from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel.
